10 years experience managing multiple Kitchen and F&B outlets
5 years as Executive Chef level at 4 or 5 star level only
Must have worked at branded recognized Hotel groups
Seeking someone VERY creative and someone who is great at training, setting procedures, brand standards and mentorship
Experience in menu engineering
Written references are a pre requisite
Should be able to attend a 2 day practical interview
Should have a food portfolio
Great at managing food costs and good understanding of F&B costs
