The team:
We are a lean team of two founders, 6 engineers, four ops people, 6 medical and emergency dispatchers, and a dog called Fred. We are focused on creating a productive, solid, and passionate atmosphere in our office. We eat lunch together, share drinks and fun in the evenings and weekends, but focus most of our days on getting sh*&!@t done. Our values include initiative, grit, and focus on innovation.
What you’ll be doing?
You’ll work closely with the founders, assisting with pretty much all aspects of the business but heavily focused on operational excellence, productivity, and internal/external communications. We’re looking for somebody who is an amazing multi-tasker, never forgets or misses deadlines, is great with people, knows how to organize effective meetings and trips, large and small, has lead programs and projects, and loves all kinds of communications. The perfect candidate would have done this before, a lot, and understands this role inside and out, way better than we could ever describe it in this paragraph. Requirements Minimum of 10 years experience in corporate roles as a manager, executive assistant, or operations leadership. An insane level of attention to detail, typing, writing, listening SKILLS, familiarity with enterprise software and systems, and out of this world computer literacy.
