Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative & logistical support to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/ external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, meeting agendas and actions
Organize and maintain files both electronic and paper
Attend meetings and take minutes as required ensuring follow up of action items.
Perform various office management tasks, including supply ordering and facility coordination.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative / executive support role.
ICT proficiency
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while managing deadlines.
Experience in the health care industry is an added advantage.
A proactive attitude and problem solving skills.
