We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team in the position of Executive Assistant. He/she will be tasked with carrying out executive administrative duties and aiding selected departments within the organization.
Key Competencies and Qualifications
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
One year of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Ability to write reports.
