The right candidate will be overall responsible for Estate Management. The individual will manage all the affairs of running the estate including inspection, coordinating service providers, maintenance, overseeing finance, communication, reporting and supervising all staff members.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Act as a liaison between the Estate and various clients (tenants & owners)
Spearhead the implementation of the Fourways strategic goals and objectives
Identify and manage quality service providers
Update the management on departmental performance
Inspect the estate-shared infrastructure
Responsible for maintenance and repairs
Ensure prompt communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure timely billing and service charge collection
Maintain and update the estate asset register and manage related costs
Manage external stakeholders and service providers
Prepare periodic property management reports
Collect and collate data and information relating to the Estate
Any other duties that pertain to the role as may be assigned by the EXCOM.
Person Specifications
Minimum of 4 years experience in real estate with a minimum of 3 years in property management and one in leadership
Membership in EARB or ISK is an advantage
At least Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management or any other relevant discipline
Posses great management skills and attention to detail
Strong Emotional Intelligence and effective written and oral communication skills
Proactive, results-oriented, honest and accountable
Professional, pleasant & bearing a positive attitude.
