ERP & Software Sales Executive Head of HR, East Africa

Our client is seeking a dynamic ERP & Software Sales Executive to drive the identification, engagement, and closure of deals for their Outsourced IT and SaaS solutions. Working closely with both technical and management teams, you will develop a deep understanding of clients’ challenges and showcase how our client’s solutions can enhance their growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop strong rapport with new and existing clients, providing ongoing support and fostering trust.
Present & Demonstrate Solutions: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and product demos, highlighting the benefits of our client offerings.
Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with solution architects and project managers to ensure client needs

Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2-3 years’ experience in ERP sales, software sales, or IT products, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of SaaS and ITaaS solutions; ability to communicate technical concepts in layman’s terms.
Excellent written and verbal skills, with a track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating across departments to deliver on client requirements.
Strong problem-solving mindset with an aptitude for identifying business opportunities and creative solutions.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
