Enterprise Sales & Integration Engineer

The Role:

Flutterwave is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales & Integration engineer to support our Enterprise Clients. As an Enterprise Sales and Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our company by combining technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver integrated solutions to our enterprise clients.
You will be responsible for understanding our clients’ business needs, architecting tailored solutions, and collaborating with both the sales and technical teams to ensure successful integration and deployment. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide technical guidance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences will be key to achieving our sales and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients’ business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Translate clients’ needs into technical solutions that align with our product offerings.

Solution Architecture:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients’ business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Translate clients’ needs into technical solutions that align with our product offerings.

 Integration and Implementation:

Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.
Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of the proposed solutions.
Provide guidance and support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.

  Technical Expertise:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients’ business requirements, challenges, and objectives.

 Relationship Building:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.

Required competency and skillset to be a waver:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential enterprise clients.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients’ business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
Translate clients’ needs into technical solutions that align with our product offerings.
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
Strong understanding of enterprise software, systems integration, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and participate in industry events.
