Enterprise Account Manager Head of Sales – Enterprise

Reports to: Head of Sales Enterprise
Job Purpose: Reporting to Head of Sales Enterprise, the Enterprise Account Manager is expected to independently manage existing accounts and sales within the SimbaNET Sales department. The main focus will be to manage existing accounts, manage churn and burn, do sales acquisitions, collection, and client relations.
He/she will independently produce and manage quotations / proposals / tenders & will submit them to the Customer.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing existing customer base, revenue retention and growth
Revenue churn and burn management
Identifying and developing suitable prospects in the assigned accounts and sectors to approach for selling SimbaNET products, solutions and services
With the approval of the Head of Sales Enterprise, negotiate rates for proposed products and services with customers
Ensure customers obtaining services from the company execute appropriate service agreements
Make follow up for payments by customers after invoices have been raised as per policy
Achieve agreed sales target within the specified times
Build and maintain a pipeline that guarantees the achievement of set targets
To provide regular feedback from the market on the effectiveness and suitability of the products and services and new product requirements
To prepare and submit weekly reports as required and directed by Head of Sales Enterprise
Offer support to other divisions such as CSM, Customer Support and Finance in facilitating collections, issue resolutions and upscales

Targets: Achieve the agreed retention and sales targets month-on-month.
Required Education, Skills & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in any commercial related field or Information Technology from a recognized university
Minimum of 5 years accounts management and corporate selling experience in Telecommunications, ICT or related environments
Should have good knowledge in customer relations
Good knowledge of Wimax, Fiber and VSAT technologies
A good understanding of the Account Management and sales processes and cycles
Excellent communications and negotiation skills
A team player with the ability to quickly grasp concepts, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must be self‐driven and a pleasant individual who is results-oriented
Ability to interface and communicate effectively at all levels within a corporate environment
