Our innovative property development and invetmnent comapny is looking for an Egineering and Maintenance Manager to look after our residential and commercial protfolios across Nairobi. Your job will be to amintain all our company’s properties in great condition and make sure that all tenants’ complaints are resolved in the most efficient manner. To achieve this you’ll have to mange external teams chosen on competitive basis, but sometimes you’ll have to roll up your sleeves and fix some minor (or sme very urgent) things yourlelf. Ideally you have to match the following requirements:
Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
Experience in similar role maintaining residential and commercial properties
Experience in maintaining hotels is a plus
Hands on approach
Can do attitude
Good professional command of written and oral English
Computer literate
Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment
Reasonable knowledge of construction and finishes
Good knowledge and experience of using modern tools
Open-mindedness and willingness to learn
Passion about the profession
