eLearning Developer Interns

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative eLearning Developer with strong instructional design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive eLearning content that effectively delivers learning objectives and engages learners. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in eLearning development tools and a solid understanding of instructional design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyse learning needs and objectives.
Design and develop eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
Create engaging multimedia elements, including interactive simulations, videos, and animations, to enhance learning experiences.
Ensure eLearning content is accessible, responsive, and compatible with various devices and learning management systems (LMS).
Apply instructional design principles to design learning activities, assessments, and evaluations that promote effective learning outcomes.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure eLearning content meets design specifications, technical requirements, and accessibility standards.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in eLearning development and instructional design.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to learners and instructors as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Continuously evaluate and improve eLearning courses based on feedback, evaluation data, and industry trends.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies is a plus.
Proven experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or related roles.
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar software.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning assessment methods.
Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create engaging and interactive multimedia content.
Familiarity with SCORM and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.
