JOB DESCRIPTION
Should ensure that our business clients are satisfied with the technical support provided by DSTv For Business
Will be responsible for integrating our business UI systems and channel broadcast technology with those of clients, providing first line in-country technical support.
Investigating new technology distribution systems available in markets in order to support DSTv Business
To provide after-sales support to our IPTV customers, internal business team escalations in the country, and third-party SI and client support team escalations.
Responsible for addressing head-end playout issues, entitlements and frequency allocations, as well as clarity entitlement issues.
Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial clients, internal departments and external service providers.
Collaborating with other departments within DSTv Business to ensure that the team/role is aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives.
Ensuring engineer is up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trend and providing guidance on how to incorporate new technologies into the team’s work.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Information Technology
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Candidates should have a deep understanding of DStv’s technical systems and business processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
