Knowledge of the area and the current condition of roads and highways, security and safety awareness; familiarity with frequently traveled routes and routines of the more senior staff or the officers. Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Driver training with a valid driver’s license is required.
Work Experience

A minimum of two (2) years of progressive responsible experience in driving is required.
Experience in Kenya Government motor vehicle related processes and procedures and skills in minor vehicle repair is desirable.
Experience with computer and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.), knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages is desirable.

Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another official United Nations language is desirable.
