What you’ll do:
Handle run-rate donor requests (updating donations) and non-donor inquires in info@
Process donations (data entry) within SLAs for accuracy & timing w/in Salesforce
Handle matching gift requests through various platforms & corresponding with donors
Answer donor inquiries through Live Chat
Maintain ability to understand and cover full breadth of donor experience processes during times of high volume
Work with retail team to support on a variety of additional projects (i.e. acquisition & retention initiatives, maintain and update CRM/databases)

Exceptional attention to detail
Strong skills managing processes and timelines with high level of accuracy
Comfort with Google Sheets, CRM use (Salesforce), data entry and ability to pick up new software/systems quickly
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to travel ~1-2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits
This role is fully remote but must overlap with an East Africa timezone by at least 4 hours.
