Responsibilities for the Project Manager Job
Ensure the DMS project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop project plan and schedule involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Monitor and drive project progress, results and track progress
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive Project Documentation
Manage & Schedule User Documentation & Training
Coordinate, allocate & schedule project resources and third parties for flawless day to day operations
Use verification techniques to manage change requests in project scope, schedule and costs
Manage Quality Assurance (Testing) process
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Conduct Project Kick-Off & Status Meetings
Daily report to DMS Porsche Responsible
Consistently report Project status to Steering Committee
Ensure project outstanding issues are dealt with promptly
Project Manager Job Requirements
Five or more years in project management
Experience with ISO9001 requirements.
University degree in IT/Project Management
