Job Purpose:
The DRR is the liaison between the Distributors and the Company and as such is responsible for the distribution of goods from the distributors to the customers through the SKUs. The DRR will ensure that goods are delivered on a timely manner to allow for stock rotation.
Region Placement:
Eastern (Base – Matuu) – 1
Responsibilities (Functions and duties):
Manage stocks of company products in allocated outlets and ensure their availability both on the shelves and outlet stores to avoid stock outs
Manage the Distributor by ensuring the sales volumes grow by listing available products in the outlets as per customer size; and continually seek to increase product range
Align the Distributors routes to ensure that retail outlets along the routes are supplied by the Distributor
Visit the Distributors routes to process orders from wholesale and retail outlets for the Distributor
Services the Distributors account to ensure that the Distributor pays as per agreed payment terms
Recruit other Distributors in the allocated region to strengthen coverage and growth
Ascertain that all products are clean, well displayed, positioned in strategic high traffic areas and are sold at correct recommended retail price
Ensure that the products are arranged in order of FIFO and that there are no short expiries or expired products at the Distributors’ warehouses
Communicate with the operations department before close of business day regarding orders collected for timely deliveries
Promote health awareness and product knowledge at promotional events; in liaison with the marketing team
Give customer feedback regarding complaints or suggestions; and track progress of the same to ensure customer satisfaction
Submit timely and accurate reports to your supervisor on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; as per the approved reporting formats

Experience:
Over Two (2) years’ experience in Sales and Marketing field; with experience in merchandising in General Trade
Education and specialist Knowledge Required:
Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any other relevant field
Customer Service/ Public Relations Certificate
