Director of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Main responsibilities will include:
Deliver on time all M&E analyses and reports required by Fintrac’s contract, and others requested by USAID, to meet Feed the Future and other USG requirements
Produce a high quality, monthly reporting system for prices and market trends for each of KAVES target products (maize, dairy products, sorghum, export vegetables, potato, banana, mango, and passion fruit)
Generate reports that offer insights to the enterprise/commodity potential and provide marketing strategies after doing a thorough analysis of value chain actors, competition and the industry’s annual and monthly price trends using charts, graphs and explanatory text
Qualifications, Experience and Key Skills
Applicants should possess at least an MSc Degree, preferably in agricultural economics or statistics, from a recognized university and at least 7 years of work experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation of agricultural projects.
Candidates with knowledge of USAID and the Feed the Future Initiative will have an added advantage.
