Job Responsibilities
Warranty Management
Take full responsibility for the after – sales warranty of vehicles. Develop and implement strict warranty procedures to ensure that for any quality issues of vehicles within the warranty period, timely and effective solutions are provided. Coordinate internal resources to guarantee the smooth repair or replacement of relevant parts for customers’ vehicles, and maintain the company’s brand image and customer satisfaction.
In – warranty Service
Lead the routine in – warranty service work. Supervise the service team to provide high – quality vehicle maintenance and inspection services to customers in accordance with standard procedures. Optimize the service process to improve the efficiency and quality of in – warranty services. Regularly analyze in – warranty service data, promptly identify potential problems and propose improvement measures.
Paid Maintenance Management
Plan and manage the paid maintenance business. Establish a reasonable pricing system for paid maintenance to ensure that the maintenance pricing is transparent and reasonable, attracting customers to choose the company’s paid maintenance services. Control maintenance costs and increase the profit margin of the maintenance business while ensuring the quality of maintenance. Establish a complete tracking and feedback mechanism for maintenance quality.
Technical Support and Team Management
Provide technical guidance to the after – sales team with extensive professional knowledge of engines, transmissions, axles, etc. Train team members to improve their professional skills. Manage the after – sales team, allocate work tasks reasonably, motivate team members to improve work performance, and build an efficient and professional after – sales service team.
Qualification Requirements
At least [5] years of experience in vehicle after – sales service management, with in – depth familiarity with the business processes of vehicle after – sales warranty, in – warranty service, and paid maintenance.
Have profound professional knowledge of key automotive components such as engines, transmissions, and axles, and be able to independently solve complex technical problems.
Possess excellent team management skills, outstanding communication and coordination abilities, and a strong sense of customer service.
Be proficient in using English for work communication, and have strong problem – solving and adaptability skills.
