We’re looking for our new Sales Representative in Kenya who will be responsible for customer relationships and performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact client.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages assigned customers; pursues and secures business in line with the business objectives.
Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions.
Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.
Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends.
Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
Is typically responsible for medium impact customers to the business in any size cluster.
We are looking for:
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience in Inland Transportation, Maritime & Air.
Experience in logistics desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, foreign trade or similar.
Proactive.
Strong communication skills.
Negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and influence.
