Reporting to: Principal Officer – Natbank Trustee and Investment Services Ltd
Position Scope: This position is responsible for direct sales of Natbank Trustee and Investment services and products.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain databases required for development, testing and production usage.
Sell NTISL products which include:

Wealth Management
NTISL Umbrella Scheme.
NTISL Income draw down fund
NTISL Personal Pension Plan
Corporate Trustee services
Fund Management for Pension registered Schemes

Advise the company on new products that can grow funds under management
Advise the company on how we can improve products and distribution channels
Liaise with the client in all matters pertaining to the invested fund including payments
Consult with the Trustees and clients
Attend presentations on AGMs and Education days
Liaise with other external consultants appointed by the scheme e.g. auditors, Administrators, Custodians, Actuaries
Continually Train Trustees on new Market Developments including changes in legislation and new products for example REITS and Derivatives Client retention

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field from a recognized institution
Professional qualification in sales / marketing

Work Experience & Skills

Experience in selling pension, wealth management or insurance products
Computer literacy
Risk Management and assessment
Result driven and requiring minimum supervision
Customer Centric
Stakeholder Management
Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Pension fund management industry
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Decision making –ability to make operational decisions in a timely and effective manner and to be accountable for decision making within departmental and role allocation.
Emotional Intelligence-manages emotions in a mature and composed manner as expected.
Wealth Management commission is at 1.2% of the market value, while income drawdown is at 2.5%. Our other products have competitive commissions too.”
