Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Direct Sales Representative at Ngao Credit Ltd located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Direct Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting product training, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience in sales and meeting sales targets
Ability to provide product training
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Fluency in English and Swahili
Prior experience in the finance industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
