Job Description
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Obtain and qualify call lists, identifying the best prospects to contact.
Inbound and Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce services, handle inquiries, and schedule meetings.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (preferably HubSpot) to log interactions, track progress, and follow up with leads.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring all communications are professional and clear.
Sales Support: Assist in converting leads into sales by effectively articulating the benefits of our products and services.
Reporting: Regularly update management on progress, issues, and successes. Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement of outreach strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall company objectives.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Digital Telemarketing role.
Clear Communication: Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to speak clear, standard English with U.S.-based companies and clients.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least three languages, including English (written, spoken, and reading), is required.
Technical Skills: Strong IT proficiency; tech-savvy and capable of troubleshooting basic technical issues.
CRM Software Experience: Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM software) to manage leads, contacts, and customer data.
Equipment Requirements: A personal laptop, phone, high-quality headphones, and a reliable internet connection (minimum 90 Mbp’s). Candidates should be willing to upgrade their internet speed to meet the requirement if necessary.
Certification: While a telemarketing certification is a plus, it is not required. We value hands-on, proven experience in telemarketing.
