Digital & Tele-Marketer

Job Description: The Candidate will develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies & campaigns whilst; cold-calling and answering inquiries in a fast paced environment, so as to promote our real estate projects using various digital channels. He/She will leverage internet technology to majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, influence existing clientele, acquire leads and , drive conversions to achieve our company goals
Key Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals 
Manage and execute campaigns across various social media/digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, 
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, videography, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies
Responding, Calling and following up on all incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns.
Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer to buy or come in for meeting by demonstrating how our product meet their needs
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet performance quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of all interactions and record useful information

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
2+ years of experience in digital marketing
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Proficient in marketing automation tools
Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong project management skills
Excellent written, verbal communication skills & presentation skills.
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
