Digital Sales Manager

Job description
ZUMI is looking for a Digital Sales Manager who will play a key role in meeting the organizational revenue targets and building client relationships.This will be achieved through promoting and selling our media content, products and services.This role will require an individual to build and maintain excellent client relationships which will help them achieve their sales quotas. They will also be required to deliver sales reports to upper management.
Duties and Responsibilities

Hone and deliver a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale
Explain the benefits and potential audience of specific media offerings to potential clients
Detail pricing and negotiate costs when necessary
Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to ZUMI
Travel to see clients, attend trade shows, or participate in industry events or training
Maintain excellent relationships with all clients in the executive’s portfolio
Study and understand all facets of the media products and services being offered
Contact potential clients to describe advertising opportunities through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, face to face contact at presentations, meetings and business lunches or dinners
Track every media purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time
Work to maximise sales and meet quotas in the short and long-term
Meet clients outside of normal business hours when necessary

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
Previous Sales or Media Experience
Good negotiation and client management skills
Fluency in Digital Advertising (Google Doubleclick for publishers is a plus)
Outgoing Personality, Confident communicator and presenter
Persuasive, likeable and articulate
Resilient and able to handle pressure but also a good listener in order to understand clients’ needs
Creative and detail-orientated with an ability to multitask
Ambitious and determination to succeed
Proactive approach to work and a team player
