Your purpose Use your counselling/psychology background to support the Kenyan team to build up an innovative digital counselling solution in collaboration with clinical partners and an international team spread over India and the Netherlands.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following areas:
Give feedback on prototypes and designs of a new digital innovation
Provide digital coaching for new users via the innovation
Work with the research team to improve new innovations
Your team You will be part of the Africa Innovation Hub, a (we believe, inspiring) group of social entrepreneurs and researchers within Philips that specifically designs new solutions and business models for Africa. Our focus is inclusive innovation: to reach the part of society that is not targeted by traditional business, in this case the rising middle-class and base of the pyramid in Africa.
Within this team you will work closely with a venture manager, a designer and research teams across the planet.
You will be based in the Africa HQ in Nairobi, Kenya.

We are looking for
A student finishing studies in counselling or clinical psychology
Experience in coaching or counselling
Willing to work fulltime on the project for at least a period of 6 months, preferably 12
Strong communication skills
Strong in research and / or consultancy skills
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Passion for inclusive innovation in Africa
