Job Role
The Job holder tasked to apply Data Analytics, customer engagement and feedback analysis, to determine customer transaction patterns and behaviors, identify unmet needs, inform actionable digital products and sales tactics to achieve growth, retention and cross-sell of Digital Solutions.
He/she will also grow Digital solutions utilization, volumes, revenues and reduce churn, by developing Mass Marketing sales initiatives with the Head of Digital, the Corporate Communication team and other relevant stakeholders.
Functions and Responsibilities
Customer profiling and segmentation based on data and behavior to inform the development of customer engagement plans for Digital solutions that drive incremental transaction volume and revenue.
Use available customer transaction data to provide insights for targeted below the Line communication campaigns and above the line campaigns to drive Digital Products usage.
Perform day-to-day Digital Mass marketing activities such as customer calls (directlyindirectly), email campaigns, SMS campaigns, in-App campaigns etc. to drive customer engagement, cross-sell and revenue growth.
Collate Digital Business data from multiple systems to monitor performance to ensure achievement of set targets through Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Digital Solutions performance reports.
Measure impact of customer growth and retention initiatives to assess effectiveness of growth & retention strategies and recommend appropriate actions.
Track internal/external partners and vendor SLA performance on Digital solutions and partnerships, and organize for regular service review meetings and action follow-up.
Coordination of new Digital solutions implementation project activities such as scheduling and training to enable successful deployment and go to market.
Work with other support units i.e. Retail/Commercial/Corporate Business Units, Operations, Risk Management, Product Development, Fincon, Operations and IT to maximize Digital products’ ROI/RO
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Digital.
