Summary of Position:
The position is responsible for concepting and building a number of varied digital programs, including PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, social program and email marketing/inbound programs, from client discovery through optimization and reporting. This includes overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them via trend analysis and data-driven decision making. The identified resource will also write and proofread engaging ad copy, make creative suggestions for ad templates, and prepare and present status reports to clients.
This is a strategic role that requires a proactive, digital-oriented marketer who is highly organized and articulate.
Duties and Responsibilities
Content Creation and Publishing (blogging, webinars, paid advertising, social media updates etc).
Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs, including SEO, PPC and social media campaigns
Drive organic search strategy and execution aligned to clients’ paid search strategies.
Blog audits and continuous analysis of digital development and insights of campaign activity
End-to-end ownership of multichannel, paid media campaigns
Act as the strategic and executional lead through implementation process
Track and monitor communication programs and their effectiveness to identify latest trends
Building advertising funnels and be able to direct our design/development team on building landing pages for your campaigns
Evaluate remarketing strategies as well as all acquisition channels
Supporting the BDM, by conducting research, analyzing data to generate insights, and staying plugged into the latest and greatest in digital trends and tech
Generate leads to grow corporate business and penetrate new markets.
Supporting account and partnership teams by arming them with regularly updated consumer insights and learnings
Have basic to advanced UX/UI skills, and working with creative teams, UX/UI experts, producers, and technology team members to bring those strategies and concepts to life
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Provide transparency of campaign effectiveness and marketing activities by monitoring and measuring Marketing ROI to the Business Development Manager.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Maintain and update customer databases

Ideal candidate must have strong experience with web analytics: developing reports, sharing dashboards, and communicating the story around overall performance

Experience working with creative teams by participating in concepting/brainstorming sessions and translating ideas

Must be organized and comfortable working on tight deadlines
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, specifically with agency experience, but fresh graduates with keen interest in digital marketing and strong combination of other qualifications and skills will be considered
Proven results with planning, execution and optimization of SEO, social and direct marketing programs and initiatives.
Expert understanding of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and CMS tools
Strong level of SEO knowledge
Experience working with UX/UI
Experience in developing and managing social media programs, including developing ad copy and managing paid social programs
