Digital Marketing & Marketing Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in managing our marketing reporting, digital marketing strategies, SEO, PPC campaigns, and more. This person will serve as an integral part of our marketing team, collaborating with external vendors and ensuring all efforts are aligned with the company’s brand. You’ll also have a direct hand in creating and managing digital assets, maintaining the social media calendar, and ensuring that the right messaging is delivered to our audience.

Key responsibilities:

Marketing Reports: Assist in preparing and analyzing marketing reports to track campaign performance, including PPC, SEO, and social media efforts. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve strategies.
Digital Marketing: Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, content, and email marketing). Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality results.
Vendor Relations: Join key calls and collaborate with SEO and PPC vendors to ensure optimal campaign performance. Monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate ROI and effectiveness.     Provide strategic recommendations for future actions.
Website Management: Oversee the management of the website and updates needed.  Send reminders on the need for additional photos or ways to enhance the speed and effectiveness of our website.
Social Media Management: Oversee the social media calendar, ensuring content is aligned with brand goals and posted in a timely manner. Contribute creative ideas and content for social media platforms.
Digital Asset Management: Manage, update, and organize digital assets (photos, graphics, video content) in line with our brand guidelines. Collaborate with the design team to ensure assets are on-brand and ready for use in campaigns.
End-of-Project Gifts: Assist with the organization and distribution of end-of-project gifts to clients as part of our customer experience strategy.
Brand Engagement: Ensure consistency across all digital marketing materials, messaging, and platforms in a way that strengthens and promotes our brand.
Idea Generation & Creativity: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to help improve our digital presence, marketing efforts, and client engagement strategies.

Key competencies/skills

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with basic graphic design principles (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
Proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas and graphs for reporting
Ability to work US EST shift hours (night shifts for local time).

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
Experience managing vendor relationships or collaborating with external partners.
Relocate to Nyeri, Kenya.
