Digital Marketing and Sales & Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Managing Director and Sales Manager
Employment type: Contract
Duration: One month probation followed by a 1- or 2-year contract if successful.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position with a proven track record or proven equivalent.
Working hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm, Weekends on occasion.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital marketing and Sales & Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate should be a team player and able to work independently who will play a critical role in handling all the social media accounts including Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter and YouTube.  Creating content and supporting the companies outreach within the current campaign.
You will also actively seek out and engage customer prospects, provide complete and appropriate solutions for potential customer’s in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Digital marketing Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing, implementing, and managing the company’s Digital and Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence, improve our corporate image and engage proactively with our online audiences including the company’s website.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Define most important social media KPIs, and user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
Measure the success of every social media campaign and provide regular analytics reports.

Sales and Marketing Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Present, promote and sell products/services using proven techniques to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or any other related field from a recognised university. Any related qualifications and experience and proven capacity shall be considered.
Diploma or Certificate programme’s in digital marketing shall be considered.
Minimum 3 years’ social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting.
Deep knowledge of the different digital media platforms and their unique features.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
Experience in using various analytics tools and how to use data for performance
Experienced in Microsoft office and a high level of IT understanding.
