An account manager is a key liaison between internal teams and clients who is qualified and skilled to provide customer service, project management, internal team, and external stakeholder management, strategic consultancy to the client as well as organize the work and allocate the daily load to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
You must be genuinely curious and passionate about marketing, result-oriented, and problem solver to motivate your team and help your clients succeed.
Ultimately, a Tandem account manager is a key person who can contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships. You have to have a very strong ability to get things done!
Experience:
Account managers with at least 3 years of marketing/creative agency experience only!
