THE ROLE
As the Digital Marketer, you will oversee all marketing functions, driving the company’s brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing. This role requires a visionary marketer capable of executing innovative campaigns while aligning marketing efforts with the company’s business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals.
Identify target audiences and craft tailored marketing plans to engage and convert leads.
Monitor and adapt strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Brand Management
Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Strengthen brand positioning through partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
Digital and Traditional Marketing
Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Manage offline marketing activities such as events, print advertising, and public relations.
Ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned across all channels.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences.
Analyze competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Use data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and refine approaches.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, andcustomer service.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing team.
Budget and Performance Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in real estate
