Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Develop and manage engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
Create visuals and graphics that align with their brand identity
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search rankings.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Website & Analytics Management:
Update and maintain the company website.
Track and report on digital marketing metrics to measure success and ROI.
Collaboration & Strategy Development:
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Identify new trends and technologies to enhance digital strategy.
Experience & Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and SEO.
Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva or Adobe Suite.
Strong content creation skills.
Experience with website management and tools like WordPress is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
