The incubent will report to the Head of Business Operations for East Africa Hub.

Implementation and development of a digital business model leading to operational excellence within the East Africa Hub affiliate.
Key Responsibilities
Foster and drive development and acceleration of innovative digital marketing channels in the country by refocusing efforts and resources allocation on the most projects especially those oriented consumers.
Promote the Sanofi digital approach by sharing best practices and benchmarking initiatives; ensure the required level to coordinate local initiatives.
Establish a sustainable digital governance model which enables fast deployment of efficient initiatives and accelerated best practice sharing, knowledge transfer with in the country and across region
Provide expertise and contribute to further develop and increase local digital skills of business stakeholders (marketing, sales, medical, etc.)
Inspire and lead the evolution of the digital strategy of the country by refocusing organization and support on most relevant and up-coming customers and projects
Ensure deployment of meaningful tracking tools and systems, providing regular reports for the digital community whilst animating and driving the digital governance in the affiliate including digital planning processes in coordination with Global Digital Reference and local Information Systems team
