Job Purpose
Act as the subject matter expert for channels to build the internal capabilities and by establishing the channel activation strategy and execution and optimize utilization of the digital channel.
Enable the strategic use of multichannel measurement and analytics to derive actionable insights about customer experience, end-user engagement, channel optimization and content performance.
Enhance the business’s multichannel capability by translating data insights into business actions for non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities / Accountability
Channel Activation
Implementation of Integrate campaign across channels to create a seamless digital customer engagement. Activate available content on existing/new channels to increase engage with customers. Responsible for maintaining the global standards, design/style guides, business processes for all channels. Responsible for end to end Channel activation example webinar, emails, veeva engage, website. Work across brands to support execution of digital activities Use and continuously improve GSK channel/platform templates to create/modify content Responsible for digital content copy approval process
Sales Force Engagement
Advise the sales team on appropriate digital content to use during customer engagement in execution of campaigns. Partner with the sales team to drive digital channel effectiveness in customer engagement. Oversight of the Sales force follow up plans after webinars Facilitate sales team digital training to the new joiner and digital platforms- ensure proper use of channels Provide regular channel analytics to sales team to support in execution of digital campaigns
