We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in automating, streamlining, and optimizing our software development and deployment processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, system reliability, and continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts to automate resource provisioning and management.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Implement, monitor, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support seamless software builds, testing, and deployments.
Containerization: Manage and orchestrate container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes to enhance application deployment efficiency.
Monitoring & Alerting: Set up robust monitoring and alerting systems to maintain application and infrastructure health.
Security & Compliance: Work closely with the security team to ensure 100% compliance with security policies and practices.
Scripting & Automation: Write scripts and develop automation tools to streamline operational tasks and workflows.
Collaboration: Foster a DevOps culture by partnering with development and operations teams to support shared responsibility for project success.
Disaster Recovery: Design and implement disaster recovery solutions to safeguard business continuity.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations and processes.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to meet system reliability and speed targets.
Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake any other tasks as assigned by leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
3 years+ experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on expertise with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
Understanding of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging systems.
Experience working within security and compliance frameworks.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
