DevOps Engineer

With us you will have the opportunity to:

Provide technical support to clients and resolve incidents through ticketing software and email for internally developed products.
Conduct initial investigations and serve as a primary contact for fixing bugs and implementing new development for production applications.
Deploy, upgrade, and oversee development, testing, and production environments.
Preserve and manage third-party tools that are integral to the solutions, including reverse proxies, load balancers, database servers, and monitoring tools.
Compile and maintain knowledge base articles and deployment guides.

Experienced Tech Pro with 2+ Years in the Industry.
Expertise in Software Projects and Ticketing Systems (Jira).
Well-versed in ITIL, Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
In-depth understanding of business functions and industry specifics.
Technical knowledge includes Linux and Windows, Docker, SQL, Networks, Virtualization, and Cloud Technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt in fast-changing environments
A constructive and open approach to communication
