Job Summary
As the incumbent you will be required to oversee the daily operations activities and service provision in line with the expected service levels. You will also deputize the Operations Manager when he is unavailable.

A Bachelor’s degree and a Kenyan citizen
Good knowledge of the commercial security field including, experience in threat analysis; experience in evaluating and implementing physical asset protection and conducting site surveys and audits
Result oriented, self-motivated and energetic.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Strong assessment, evaluation and analytical skills.
Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of security operations and well networked in security industry.
Ability to work confidently, persuasively and to gain the respect and trust of other senior managers;
At least 5 year’s management experience in the Security Industry

Key Accountabilities

To oversee the day to day security operations of deployment, supervision and allocation of duties as required at the client sites.
Responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day team effort of Supervisors, Project officers and other assigned personnel to ensure that services are delivered in a quality and cost effective manner.
Ensure proper channels of communication exist and are enforced between the guard and the head office.
Effectively setting out goals and objectives for your team, including those for supervisory roles that may fall under your reporting line and structure
Oversee compliance of Guards with established company policies and Standard Operating Procedures and Post Orders.
Responsible for ensuring guard’s discipline throughout the company
To attend the investigation of incidents and prepare preliminary Incident reports within 24 hours.
Ensure client’s requirements, requests, complaints and suggestions are addressed promptly.
Ensure all issues and complaints brought in are addressed within 24 hours and recorded in the Complaints Register with corrective actions implemented.
Ensuring all aspects of the required security services are being delivered to the customers’ satisfaction and in accordance with the contract
Deploys staff optimally and ensures all assignments are well covered at all times.
Build up an effective internal and external (law enforcement, government) network of contacts to assist with the protection of our client business as required
