Deputy Industry Director, Senior Industry Manager and Industry Manager

Job description
You will lead the implementation of critical elements of Msingi’s industry programmes – designing and delivering support which may be directly to leading commercial firms (such as through technical assistance or investment) or programmes of support across the wider industry. You will also play a key role in the continuing development of Msingi’s strategies to transform its focus industries and contribute to the development of budgets and resourcing plans.
The first industry programme you will focus on is Msingi’s Commercial Aquaculture Programme for at least your first 12 months in role. You will have opportunities to contribute to work in other industries or potentially in due course to transfer to other Industry Programmes or units within Msingi, if in-line with both Msingi’s needs and your professional development objectives.
Msingi is not looking for individuals with prior experience of aquaculture (although this is not precluded), but you will require strong commercial acumen, sharp analytical skills and an ability to learn quickly. You will be required to manage team members, as well as a network of world-leading experts and technical advisors.
