Deputy General Manger-Commercial Services Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, pre-sales, and customer account management, with a proven track record of driving commercial success. The Commercial Services Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue, enhance customer relationships, and drive overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, promotional materials, and online/offline content.

Sales and Business Development:

Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Pre-Sales Activities:

Work closely with the pre-sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Provide support in creating persuasive proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.

Customer Account Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for key customer accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication.
Collaborate with the customer success team to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.

Market Analysis and Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to overall success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
A background, training or experience in security management crime prevention and virtual guarding.
Proven experience in marketing, sales, pre-sales, and customer account management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Knowledge of the commercial services industry and relevant market trends.
