General description
As a Data Entry, you will be expected to work as part of a team to effectively monitor, collate and respond, to provide incident support. Your main aim will be to ensure that all processes and procedures meet service levels and the needs of the business, in support of client operations. The role will involve collation, monitoring and processing of current information.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
Fluent Amharic and English language skills (reading, written and spoken), knowledge of other local languages including Oromo or Somali a distinct advantage.
Education of University Degree Level, may accept Diploma level with experience
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Amharic and English essential)
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth/Maps and other business platforms
Proven ability to manage complex matters in a transparent and comprehensive manner
High personal standards of time management, presentation, and integrity
High level of attention to detail and thoroughness
Flexible and responsive to events
Able to demonstrate discretion and engender trust
All ordinarily resident applicants who are not Kenyan citizens must have the required work and/or permanent residency permits to be eligible for consideration
Current Kenyan Certificate of Good Conduct
