Position Overview
The main objective of the function
Data Entry to the Asset management system and any work the IT team allocates.
Roles and Responsibilities

Calling staff to get their allocated assets (laptops, tablets, etc.) details and specifications.
Entering the asset information into the Asset Management System.
And any work allocated by the IT team.

Key Qualifications

 A minimum of a high school diploma – KCSE.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 A certificate in Computer Packages or an IT/ICT-related course is a plus.
 Previous experience in data entry is a plus.
 Capable of working in a dynamic, inter-cultural and multi-stakeholder setting.
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce professional reports in English.
