Responsibilities
Undertake data entry from source documents into computerized databases following prescribed formats.
Maintain privacy, security and confidentiality of program data and related documents including any confidential information s/he may come in contact with.
Any other related duty assignment as may be assigned.
Qualifications/ requirements
Minimum of Diploma in Procurement/Supply chain, Records Management, Informatics, biostatistics or any other related discipline.
Competency in Microsoft office packages especially excel, word and PowerPoint as well as fast typing skills; knowledge of touch-typing systems is strongly preferred.
Basic understanding of databases
Experience or strong knowledge of data management practices.
Positive attitude and open-mindedness with strong analytical and listening skills.
Demonstrates diplomacy, flexibility, resourcefulness and readiness to learn where necessary.
Prominent level of integrity and honesty.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and cooperation
