PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performing vintage analysis for the digital loan book.
Effectively manage NPS tracking and conduct market insights.
Manage and allocate contact list to the collection agents.
Credit scorecard monitoring and enhancement.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Prepare reports/feedback on quality performance of the digital loan portfolio and clientele to help in procedure/process/product gap identification.

Monthly reviews of updated TAT
Monthly and annual performance management contract review

EXPECTED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Education: A University Degree in statistics or actuarial science from accredited institution
CPA/ACCA certification
Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
