We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for CVM Product Owner (Mobile Data Tribe) with the business in line with scaling our agile organization. We are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.
Detailed Description
Reporting to the Squad, the position holder will be responsible for Commercial Steering of the CVM initiatives and insights generation with an objective of making our customers more engaged and valuable through customers relevant and profitable propositions.
Job Responsibilities
Manage Base growth and Revenue growth from Data perspective.
Manage KPIs and ensure hygiene related to Data Churn, Rate per MB, Days of Usage, Data Activity etc.
Ensure proper segmentation of base and Offerings relevant products to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Ensure Data revenue growth in line with company objectives and AOP.
Ensure appropriate product creation and availability in all sales modes/mediums.
Designing and execution of Data CVM campaigns keeping all the check and measures intact.
Create a proper mechanism to track campaign results.
Ensure the communication mechanism is smooth, targeted and that yields appropriate results
Come up with Innaovative solution to enhance revenues and base growth.
Track competition and plan a counter strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT or Computer Science
Deep understanding of Telco billing, data mining and reporting systems.
Very strong focus on Customer insights and proven ability to combine numbers and analytics to understand, predict and influence customer behavior
At least 4 to 8 years Telco experience
At least 2 to 3 years running Below the Line marketing actions and campaigns in a Telco environment
Strong awareness of market trends, competitive impacts and market opportunities.

Strong communication skills.
Highly organized, conscientious and detail oriented
High flair for numbers is a must
