Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their web hosting inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless hosting experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional customer support via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve web hosting issues, including domain configurations, server settings, and website errors.
Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and general product guidance.
Document customer interactions and technical solutions for future reference.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and new hosting technologies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a web hosting or technical environment.
Strong understanding of web hosting services, including cPanel, DNS, FTP, and email configurations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
