Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
Must be 23 years and above.
Must have worked in a contact center environment.
Must be good in English and Kiswahili (oral and written)
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Report writing skills.
Simple presentation of technical Information.
Patience and confidence.
Self-motivation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact designated clients with a target to offer support over the phone Handle objections by building rapport with customers
Record customer information and queries on the customer interface system (CIM)
Adhere to Data Protection policy with regards to confidentiality of customer details
Handle complaints in a polite and professional manner
Patiently listen and responds to customer queries
Understand and adhere to the escalation process
Capture data on the Customer Interface System utilized when calling clients.
