Our Client is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Officer / Admin. Goal – To manage customer relationship in a manner that guarantees customer retention and growth
Qualifications
Degree in hospitality management
5 years experience in a similar role and industry
Responsibilities
Take orders from customers and process accurately and timely
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and questions by clarifying and determining cause of action
Answer customer questions about products and offers available
Open and maintain customer accounts
Maintain financial accounts of orders processed and make report
Keep accurate records of customer feedback, comments and complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction
Administrative Duties
Petty booking keeping and disbursements of funds
Keep and organize company records
Prepare report on expenses and office budgets
Maintain company database
Organize filing system for important documents
Collate and submit end of month staff report
