Our client is an international company dealing with the provision of Government to Citizen (G-to-C) diversified range of services in polymers and petrochemicals, education, electronics, asset management, visa processing and management consulting. They are seeking to recruit Customer Service Executives.
Job Responsibilities:

Appointment slotting for prospective customers.
Understand the applicant requirement and provide appropriate advise / information
Documentation – scrutiny / checking and submission
Data Quality of application information submission
Biometrics – finger print scanning
Segregation of application as per service
Collection, handover & deposit of Cash for the day.
Delivery of application to mission on the same day.
Selling Value Added services

Requirements

Excellent Communication Skills
Typing skills – 40- 45 WPM without any error
Excellent communications skills
Experience of working previously with hotel industry
Should be very high on customer service/satisfaction.
Customer service experience of 6 months – 1 year
Interested to work and learn
