Customer Service Executive – Reservations

Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
Reporting all incoming bookings and reservations on Booking.com & Airbnb platforms. 
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations and providing support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Up-selling; when appropriate, by informing guests of additional services or special packages such as airport pick-up, additional cleaning services, storage services e.t.c
Sending confirmation and check-in details, and following up on payments with guests.
Checking the availability of accommodation, assisting and advising guests on the range of options. 
Maintaining knowledge on all apartment locations and inventory for all units.
Providing feedback from guests for follow up.
Collaborating with the maintenance, housekeeping and operations departments to resolve any issues that may arise. 
Inventory, set-up new units for short term rental, housekeeping checks
