Customer Service Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional patient experiences through effective communication, problem resolution, and proactive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive Clients: Greet and receive patients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to promptly.
Direct Clients: Provide clear directions to patients and visitors to various hospital departments and facilities.
Floor Management: Act as a floor manager to assist clients in navigating the hospital premises, ensuring they reach their destinations smoothly.
Handle Inquiries: Answer patient and visitor inquiries on the hospital floor, providing accurate information and assistance.
Appointment Management: Manage patient appointments, admissions, and discharge processes efficiently.
Collaboration: Work closely with medical and administrative teams to address patient needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
Policy Adherence: Uphold hospital policies regarding patient confidentiality and service standards.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service processes.

Qualifications:

A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or patient relations in a hospital is MANDATORY.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management software is desirable.
