Customer Service/ Billing Executive- Locum

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or any related course.
1 Year experience in billing would be an added advantage.
Attained a C+ or higher in your KCSE
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid Good conduct certificate.

Job
Responsibilities.

Managing medical billing for patients, updating patient information, generating invoices, and processing payments.
Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances.
Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments.
Issue receipts for received payments
Securely handle client data and payment information
Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Vast product knowledge.
Ensure efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of professional customer support.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, questions, acknowledging concerns and resolving complaints.
Maintain a high profile in the day to day operations.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
